I have lived at a First Management property for two years and recently transferred to the newer complex 800 Lofts. Maintenance has always been great about completing any issues in a timely manner and office staff was very helpful before, during and after my transfer. I recently moved from an apartment with roommates to a new studio. It's nice to have a landlord that offers a variety to choose from as the college scene was becoming "old" for me. Both properties are in amazing locations!

We moved into the Coachlight property exactly a month ago today, and everything -- from viewing, to applying for, to actually moving into the place has been a great experience. We've had the typical small, maintenance issues one normally encounters in the first few weeks of living anywhere, but First Management has been absolutely fantastic to deal with, both from a standpoint of the office staff and maintenance personnel. Everyone we've interacted with from First Management has been sincerely helpful, friendly, and professional, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Accolades to the assistant manager of First Management in Lawrence KS, Skylar!! We live at Melrose Court and he always goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy residents! Skylar listens to his residents, is accommodating and very kind, and its greatly appreciated!
